Shipping Policy

Our deliveries are made via Purolator with a tracking number at a cost of $14 for the provinces of Ontario and Quebec. For other provinces, shipping is $23.00 via Canada Post, including a tracking number. Some items are shipped in an envelope via Canada Post without a tracking number, and this service is free.

Purolator:

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is shipped. The delivery time after receiving the shipping confirmation email is 3 to 5 business days.

If you are unable to receive your package or pick it up at the Purolator collection point and the package is returned to us, an additional fee of $14 will be charged for reshipping.

Canada Post:

Please note that if you choose the option without a tracking number, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

The delivery time varies between 2 to 7 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation email.

Refund and Exchange Policy

For safety and hygiene reasons, no refunds or exchanges are accepted for products in good condition. Thank you for your understanding.

If you receive a damaged or unusable item, please contact us as soon as possible with your invoice number. We will be happy to take back the damaged item for repair or replacement.

Karisoins covers shipping costs for damaged or unusable items but reserves the right to charge the customer in case of abuse.
